What this does and doesn't do. It rebuilds the text structure — paragraphs, headings, bold and italic, lists, and simple tables — into an editable Word file, entirely on your device. Because a PDF stores positions rather than structure, complex tables, multi-column layouts, and exact visual styling are approximated, not reproduced perfectly. Scanned PDFs (images of text) can't be converted, since there's no text to extract.
